We have the support structure of The Active Network with all of our Active services. All consulting engagements are fully supported by The Active Network.

Quick Turnaround Time

Often times it may be hard to have a consultant visit scheduled as quickly as you would like. At MTI we are an independant company with the ability of fast turnaround time from the time the consulting engagement is requested until the time that we are onsite. Our goal is to keep our turnaround time between 3-6 weeks.

Our Staff

Our partnership with Active is due in large part to our president’s success as an important member of the consulting group at The Active Network. After rising through the ranks as a top consultant, The Active Network worked with Adam while he started to build MTI. From there Adam was contracted by Active to fulfill work as needed before being asked to become an Active Partner. MTI staff is trained by Adam and the Active staff to ensure that we are all able to give the highest level of knowledge and customer service to each of our customers.

Implementations and Decisions Are Supported

MTI Business Solutions is an Active Partner that is able to offer consulting services for The Active Network software solutions. We have been asked to be an Active Partner because of our customer satisfaction and our experience in the community market specializing in software and business consultation. While other independent contractors may offer to provide services to your organization, MTI is the only service provider that has all Class configurations, installations and training fully supported by Active.

Here For The Organization Not Just The Software

MTI is extremely pleased to be a partner of The Active Network; however, we are not just here to service their software. Our staff members are trained experts in their field with a specialization in the software issued by Active and the organizations which they serve. We are also here to help with all aspects of your organization that may benefit from our list of services. Although we are experts with the Active software our services aren’t limited to this software in our work with your organization.

What About Our Current Active Agreement

Your organization may see a good fit for us but feels that it is bound by the agreement that is in place with The Active Network. Our new MTI agreement is modeled after this Active agreement and covers you for all services provided by MTI. We encourage organizations to hold both agreements at the same time; this ensures that you can receive services either company.

Our agreement expresses the same liabilities and limitations as the Active agreement and it also only needs to be signed the one time for all continued services through MTI. After the initial agreement has been signed we are able to schedule all future work as the future price estimates are agreed to. And, just as with Active, you will only ever be charged for work that has been completed.

The new MTI agreement has no bearing on the agreement with The Active Network. It is completely independent and an organization may use both service providers independent of each other. This allows us to provide all of the Active services to you plus our full list of services that are not offered by The Active Network.

At MTI our goal is to develop a community of experts that are here to offer you services of any nature with regards to running a business/organization.

Our services may be purchased by a single agreement and necessary price estimates (as with The Active Network) or as on-call and/or long-term service agreements that are designed to save your organization money. These services are not limited to the Active software products and are available for hardware, software, data (databases), websites, management and projects. Welcome to MTI Business Solutions

WARNING!!! Before you hire Adam Smith of MTI Business Solutions make sure you read this review:

Adam Smith the president of MTI Business Solutions in Coquitlam, B.C. was used to create the NBBC gym website
which turned into a total nightmare. Adam's refusal to follow basic procedure and his lack of knowledge to build
website is disturbing.

For example, various members and gym staff have email addresses for our website. Email is considered highly
personal and private, so because of that, the standard procedure before moving a website to a new server is
 to transfer the old settings to the new server so no emails are lost and all members can continue
to receive their emails without delay. What Adam did is going to shock you: (he says he's a professional - the president)

Adam Smith didn't feel it was important to take the step to transfer the email settings to the new server
and instead just set up a "catch all" to just one of the staff's account. Can you believe the professional
neglect? This means that all the private emails of everyone were sent to just one of the staff's account - wow!

It's not just the professional neglect but Adam's attitude towards his error. Adam believes his method
is correct.!! There is something seriously wrong with that thinking, as all of the personal emails were
sent for someone else to read... also, this is NOT the procedure taught in school and is very serious
professional neglect.

Okay, if that's not enough.. the design Adam made does nothing but invite spam. It's hard to say if he's
just lazy or just ignorant to basic rules in web design however up until 10 years ago professional companies
stopped writing email addresses on websites to click. Sure you can do this however their has to be code
within the email address to stop spam machines from getting the email addresses... well, it was no surprise
that Adam didn't use the appropriate code. You can see that he did this on his own website if you can call it that:

**how can you trust a company that doesn't even have a website themselves? I mean a real one... see below:

WARNING! MTI Business Solutions Review

Adam Smith from MTI Business Solutions cost me personally over $600 because of his website building
ignorance. I suggest you not take the chance - besides there are so many quality companies out there
that are even cheaper and will do a great job for you.

Before I forget - Adam also doesn't have his own website set up properly so the search engines can find it.
Maybe he'll say he didn't add this yet... however he didn't do this for our website either. I ask, what's the use of having
a website if it can't be found!.... For the reasons I mention above I would find another company to build your website...
After all, why pay for a website that can't be found! Please use someone that knows what they are doing and your
website will be sucessful.
